Located on the Charente/Dordorgne border this area is endlessly fascinating and is a continuous voyage of discovery.

is Cognac with the opportunity to taste the famous Cognacs of the area, tothe south-west, the world famous wine region of St Emillion and Bordeaux. There are Romanesque towns, and villages, chateaux, fortified churches, markets, festivals, a vast range of local food in which to indulge, beautiful countryside as well as lots of activities including swimming, canoeing, kayaking, walking, horse-riding and tennis.
